Content on this site describes our services in general terms. Any engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement, which controls if it differs from this site.
Fees, trial, and billing
Buy-side sourcing is free for the first 30 days. After that, $1,500 is billed monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and if you cancel during the first 30 days you owe nothing. Success fees apply only if you close on a business we introduced, only where permitted by law, and only under a signed agreement.
No guarantees or advice
We do not guarantee any number of introductions, any transaction, or any result. Examples, estimates, and illustrations on this site are not client results or promises. Waystation Advisors is not a licensed business broker, investment adviser, law firm, or accounting firm, does not provide valuations or legal, tax, or investment advice, and does not negotiate on anyone’s behalf. Talk to your own advisors before any transaction.
Where we work
Due to state licensing rules, we do not currently work with buyers, sellers, or businesses in California, Florida, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, South Dakota, or Wisconsin.
Referral relationships
Some partners we refer clients to, including our broker partner Torchline Advisors, may pay us a referral fee.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Waystation Advisors is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
